At Creation Furniture, we want you to love your space; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare for Pickup
Carefully disassemble the furniture and place it back into its original protective boxing to prevent damage during the transit back to our warehouse.
Schedule Collection
Our logistics partner will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a convenient time for a specialized furniture courier to collect the package from your doorstep.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the item and confirms its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
